Their Signals provides AI-generated market signals and portfolio awareness tools for individual investors. OTTO, our AI orchestrator, monitors market conditions and sends plain-language signals via email based on your selected path and preferences.
The service has three tiers:
Everything on Their Signals — signals, alerts, analysis, commentary, and any output from OTTO — is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
We are not a registered investment adviser. We are not a broker-dealer. We are not a financial planner. Nothing we send you constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.
Every signal email includes this disclaimer, and we mean it:
Markets move. AI systems make mistakes. Past signal performance does not guarantee future results. You are responsible for every investment decision you make.

Your email address is your identity on Their Signals. We do not issue usernames or passwords. Access is granted via one-time verification codes sent to your email.
You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us immediately at [email protected].
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for fraudulent or harmful purposes.
Paid and Pro tiers are billed annually through Stripe. All prices are in US dollars.

Market data displayed or used in our signals is sourced from Webull and other data providers. This data is used for informational purposes only. We do not place trades through Webull or any other platform on your behalf. The data connection is read-only.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Webull or any other data provider referenced in our signals.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations. In those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Otter Tail Heavy Industries LLC, its members, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your investment decisions made in connection with signals received from us.
We operate on best-effort availability. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times or that signals will be delivered on any particular schedule. Market data outages, infrastructure issues, or scheduled maintenance may affect signal delivery.
Time-sensitive alerts (contract expirations, threshold alerts) are delivered on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for losses caused by delayed or undelivered alerts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the version date above and, for material changes, send a notice to your email address. Your continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you disagree with a change, your remedy is to cancel your subscription and stop using the service.
You may stop using the service at any time. To close your account, email [email protected].
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Paid subscribers terminated for cause are not entitled to refunds.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ohio.
